1 · Who provides this site

This website is provided by SilverGen Technologies, which owns and develops the JewellerGen product. Contact: hello@jewellergen.silvergentech.com.

2 · What the pages are, and are not

These pages describe what JewellerGen does. Software changes, and a description on this site is not a contractual commitment that a given feature exists today or will behave in a particular way. What you are entitled to is what your agreement with us says. If a specific capability matters to your shop, ask us before you buy and we will answer it plainly.

Screenshots, figures, rates and sample documents on this site are illustrative. They are not live market rates, real customer data or real invoices.

3 · Tax and regulatory statements

Pages describing GST, VAT, HUID, TDS, e-invoicing or any other statutory requirement set out the rules JewellerGen implements, as we understood them when the page was last updated. They are not tax, legal or accounting advice, they may not reflect a subsequent change, and they may not apply to your particular business. Take your own professional advice.

4 · Acceptable use

You may read, print and share these pages. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system
• Interfere with the site's availability, including by automated request flooding
• Use the enquiry form to send unsolicited advertising, or to submit somebody else's details as if they were your own
• Present our content as your own, or use our name, logo or brand in a way that implies an endorsement or partnership that does not exist

Automated reading of the site for search and assistant indexing is welcome, within what robots.txt permits, and a machine-readable summary is published at llms.txt.

5 · Intellectual property

The content, design, logo and the JewellerGen and SilverGen names belong to SilverGen Technologies. Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link is fine. Republishing whole pages, or using the brand in a product or service of your own, is not.

The site uses third-party open-source resources under their own licences: the Hanken Grotesk, Spectral and IBM Plex Mono typefaces under the SIL Open Font License, and the Lucide icon set under the ISC licence.

6 · Links out

Where we link to another site we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

7 · Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the information here or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8 · Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which SilverGen Technologies is established, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. Your agreement for the JewellerGen product may specify differently, and where it does, that agreement takes precedence for matters relating to the product.
