A user count comes with the branch, so a busy Saturday does not cost more than a quiet Tuesday.

The counter flows are meant to be learnable in an afternoon; we will still sit with your team for the first one.

Before you ask
Is it charged per branch or per user?
Per branch, with a user allowance included in each. Extra users beyond the allowance are available; we would rather you gave every salesperson a login than shared one.
What does a second branch cost?
Another branch subscription, with volume terms from the third. Transfers, consolidated reporting and branch-level access control are part of the chain plan rather than a separate purchase.
Can we start on one plan and move up?
Yes, at any point, and the data comes with you — a single store that opens a second shop does not migrate anything.
Is there a contract lock-in?
Subscriptions are annual. If you leave, you get a full export of your data, and we will help you take it somewhere useful rather than making the exit the hard part.
Can we host it ourselves?
Yes. The same stack — the application, PostgreSQL and nginx — runs on your own infrastructure. Licensing for that is a different conversation, so start it with us early.
What if we only want part of it?
Every core counter feature is in the base plan and is not sold separately — billing, tagging, stock, old gold, transfers, tax and the reports. Add-on modules such as savings schemes are priced on top only if you use them.
